Our order process

Step 1: Order confirmed
We check your order details, including size and any engraving, and email you a confirmation.

Step 2: Design and stone
Your design is prepared and a stone is matched to the size and quality you chose.

Step 3: Crafting
The piece is cast in your chosen metal, then set, polished and engraved if you asked for it.

Step 4: Checked and dispatched
We inspect the finished piece, pack it securely and email you the tracking details.

You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and another with tracking details when it ships.
Yes, cash on delivery is available. Prepaid orders ship free.
