How to measure at home

  1. Step 1: Cut a strip

    Cut a thin strip of paper, or use a piece of string, about 10 cm long.

  2. Step 2: Wrap your finger

    Wrap it around the base of your finger: snug, but able to slide over the knuckle.

  3. Step 3: Mark and measure

    Mark where the ends meet, lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres. This is your circumference.

  4. Step 4: Find your size

    Find the closest circumference in the chart below, or divide it by 3.14 to get the diameter for the converter.

Tips for the right fit

  • Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest.
  • Avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
  • Measure two or three times and use the average.
  • For bands 6 mm or wider, consider one size up.
  • Between two sizes? Choose the larger one.
